Fretboard Decoded offers web-based tools, digital downloads, and educational content related to music and guitar. Some products are available for free. Others require a one-time purchase or subscription. You agree to use all products and services for lawful purposes only.
Fretboard Decoded sells digital products including but not limited to ebooks and downloadable files. Upon purchase you will receive access to download your product. All sales of digital products are final.
Certain tools and services are offered via paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis and will renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.
You may cancel any subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. To avoid being charged for the next cycle cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for subscription fees, partial periods, unused time, or digital product purchases. If you have a billing concern contact us and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
Where a free tier is offered it provides access to core features at no cost. Free tier features may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature with or without notice.
All content, code, design, tools, and written material produced under the Fretboard Decoded brand is the intellectual property of Paul Petrakovitz and Fretboard Decoded. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our products without written permission.
All Fretboard Decoded products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paul Petrakovitz and Fretboard Decoded shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of any product or service.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of any product or service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
